Perhaps they are trying to start a new trend! God knows!
Maybe the building owner wants funding, so they start renting and customers or clients pay in advance a percentage of the unit (dof3a estelam, mo2adam …etc) In this case, owner collect a sum of money to push the project forward and move faster.
