Wednesday’s WIP: another shawl in the works

I seem to have gotten myself a new addiction; shawl knitting. Or maybe I like that they are medium sized projects. Smaller than blankets but bigger than bags and hats. The fact that they also make beautiful accessories, I don’t really think of shawls as garments. I also probably love that knitting uses less yarn so it is perfect for my stash busting mission. I am still slower at knitting than I am at crochet, but I adore the slower rhythm.

The yarn is also really lovely, it is 100% wool, worsted and called Efsun by a company called Hamalaya, which I got on my last trip to Egypt.
