Sock yarn coffee cup cozy {free pattern}

I had some leftover sock yarn from the rainbow socks. So I decided I really need to make myself a coffee cup cozy because I hate those paper sleeves when you buy a coffee.

You need around 7 grams of sock weight yarn. And 2.5 mm DPNs or circular needle.

Cast on 64 stitches.

Join in the round without twisting.

Round 1 – 10: k2, p2 ribbing.

Knit in plain stockinet until the stockinet section measures 5.5 cm.

Do 10 more rounds of ribbing, bind off and weave in ends.
