Yes I finished a few things. I knit a hat out of random scraps of yarn.

They were all DK weight and I joined them all using the double knot method. I used the self striping hat pattern.

I took it along to piano lessons and in an afternoon it was done.

I also knit a pair of gloves.

The pattern is Koigu's fingerless gloves. It is a simple and quick pattern.bthe weather suddenly turned cold this week and I thought some fingerless gloves would be smart to have.

And last but certainly not least. My color affection.

I just love the stripes.
