But not this week. I have two things currently on the needles (and another two long term projects that I don&#8217;t really count as WIPS) I also managed to finish a couple of things but I am leaving that for Friday (I hope I remember to post on Friday)<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Knee High Socks in the making by ChocolateMintsInaJar, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/chocolatemintsinajar\/11324525425\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Knee High Socks in the making\" src=\"http:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7443\/11324525425_6cab10660f.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>First a pair of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/childs-long-stockings\" target=\"_blank\">knee high socks<\/a> for the 5 year old. She said she didn&#8217;t want &#8220;long&#8221; socks but after ignoring her and going ahead I think she is excited about them.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Knee High Socks in the making by ChocolateMintsInaJar, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/chocolatemintsinajar\/11324590746\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Knee High Socks in the making\" src=\"http:\/\/farm6.staticflickr.com\/5527\/11324590746_9fe6c11011.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I am already overwhelmed by the sheer amount of ribbing along, but I am convinced they will be worth it.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Color Affection Number two by ChocolateMintsInaJar, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/chocolatemintsinajar\/11324524785\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Color Affection Number two\" src=\"http:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7350\/11324524785_7626a4d10e.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And my second <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/color-affection\" target=\"_blank\">color affection<\/a>. It is such a genius pattern, don&#8217;t take my word for it, there are 10613 projects on revelry for it and many people knit it more than once. \u00a0I am already planning a third one in my head. \u00a0I actually dyed this yarn myself. \u00a0It isn&#8217;t exactly the colors I wanted but I can&#8217;t throw it away now can I?
