The pattern is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.made-by-rae.com\/2009\/02\/free-buttercup-bag-sewing-pattern.html\">Made by Rae&#8217;s Buttercup<\/a>. \u00a0The fabric flower is from a tutorial by <a href=\"http:\/\/kindawonderful.typepad.com\/pink_paper_peppermints\/2008\/06\/rounded-petal-fabric-flowers-31-crafty-flowers-in-31-days--day-23.html\" target=\"_blank\">Pink Paper Peppermints<\/a>. \u00a0The patterned fabric is from IKEA. \u00a0 I just fell in love with it and bought it to line a bag then used it to make kimono slippers and I still have some left, so expect to see something else made with it real soon. \u00a0The solid one is made from 2 bandanas I bought ages ago and never used for anything. \u00a0I lined it with the red one and had some left over so I made the flower. \u00a0It is on a pin so I can easily take it off and use it someplace else later. \u00a0I used\u00a0Velcro\u00a0instead of magnetic snaps because I couldn&#8217;t find any.<\/p>\n<p>Although I love the bag, I still want something slightly bigger that closes with a zipper, any suggestions?<\/p>\n<p>Now excuse me while I go find other stuff to make because I am trying to get rid of all my yarn and fabric stash so I can buy new stuff.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I just love love LOVE this pattern, it is so easy and simple, a bag takes under an hour from start to finish.
