Wednesday’s WIP: The knitting is greener on this side

I have a confession to make.  When I feel challenged by something I keep working at it until it becomes easier.  I am working on my first lace chart.  I am still knitting the stockinette portion of this shawl.  I have already charted the lace and swatched it so let’s see where this goes.

      It is definitely not a color I would normally pick but I like it and it does knit up quite nicely
